It is really important that you plan for how you would get help for medical problems if you became unwell in India. This means you will need to make sure you have adequate medical insurance to cover your stay in India.
You will have to pay for any other medical treatment as a private patient. It is therefore very important that you take out medical insurance for the duration of your visit to India. We cannot recommend any insurance company but you can search on-line and find out which one is best for your needs. Please note that private medical treatment is very expensive if you do not have adequate insurance.
If you are not an Indian citizen you may need a Short-term Study Visa to study (short-term) in India. Before you can apply for your visa you will need an unconditional offer letter from IIM Kozhikode. This offer will only be issued once we have made you a provisional offer and received the full payment.
If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a Short-term Study Visa and can provide evidence of this, we will refund your payment minus an administrative charge.
Applications for 2020 will open soon.
