Participants will be charged a nominal registration fee of ₹ 7000 (excluding GST). Registration fee includes attendance in all sessions, workshop kit, networking luncheons, refreshments and gala Dinner. Partial registration fee waivers may be provided to select doctoral students on a case-to-case basis. Participants need to make their own arrangements for travel.
A certificate of participation will be issued to participants under the aegis of AIS India Chapter and IIMK
On-campus accommodation for outstation participants is available on request but is subject to limited availability. Room charges shall be borne by participants as per the actuals. There also exist ample accommodation options in the city that participants can choose from.
The Institute is about an hour's drive from the Kozhikode/Calicut International Airport (CCJ) airport (32 km) and about 30 minutes (18 km) from the Calicut Railway Station.
